Happy spring loves! The shift from winter into spring is a potent time. The power of the earth awakening from the dormancy of winter ~ it moves through plants, birds and all of nature, including us. Spring asks us to step out of the the rooted, inward nature of winter and open fully to the power of change. The shift can be both inspiring and challenging.

New Offering: Earth Temple
I am super excited to share that I’m now offering earth-based healing sessions in magical Santa Cruz. These can be booked in half or full day session and are customized to your individual healing journey.
Connecting with nature is key to wellbeing. This may seem very basic, but when our lives are structured in the modern world, we often are taken far away from this simple truth. By aligning with the energy of nature and the elements, we restore ourselves and heal with ease.
Earth Temple sessions allow us to come together outdoors on the land to connect to the sacred, explore ritual, open to our own wisdom, and connect through our bodies and heart for healing. If you are already on a program, you may use your program sessions or book this as an add on.
